Skill Evaluation and Training Selection Phase:

We carefully evaluate each trainee to assist them with selecting a training course to help them get quick placements by our Training Architects and Curriculum planners.

Case Studies and Real-time Training Methodology

Our instructors use Role-Based Training methodology to provide training. All Live and Virtual training sessions are followed by Real-time project based Assignments to help in placements. This gives the participants an understanding of how to work in real projects and job roles.

Resume Preparation Phase

We understand the need for an impressive resume, it is the first impression that makes or breaks a deal with the hiring managers. To assist with the best, we have a team of Resource coordinators who handhold the trainees to prepare excellent resumes for quick placements.

Mock Interviews Phase

To help candidates gain confidence in taking interviews, we simulate mock interviews with our panel of experienced and expert interviewers. Detailed feedback and evaluation are followed by each mock session to align candidates with what is expected out of a project consultant. With several rounds of mock interviews, candidates become technically confident to face real client interviews.

Marketing and Placement Phase

Following the successful completion of mock interviews, candidates will be assigned an individual marketing executive from our trained bench sales team with well-knit industry connects to successfully place our candidates in high paying consulting jobs.

On Job Support

We assure not just Job placements but smooth completion of the project by offering the help of our practice managers who are subject matter experts and senior consultants. After successful job placement, our practice managers will guide and assist candidates for any project related questions to help them sustain and excel in the project. Our goal is not just to get you a job but to make sure you excel in it!
